So far so good. Order process was good, shipping was good and the product has worked as prescribed. We will be headed out for a 4 month desert excursion beginning in October and will have more to say afterwards.

Unable to return very frustrated

The fridge is not working properly. It’s leaking water on edge and freezing vegetable in the refrigerator side. I only used it once to test it out and it’s malfunctioning. I have been sending multiple emails and calling the support center and only getting email response saying I need to tighten lid. I’m not happy with product and I want refund , it hasn’t been 30 days since my purchase and I should be able to return the product but I’m not getting any response from company after 4 emails and no one is answering when I call. This is very frustrating and disappointing.

much more then we predicted

We got the 80qt cooler TWW75. Havent had the chance to take it out camping yet but we tried it in our basement to see how it works and it cools very well. The only thing that i had to modify was that i had to take off the bottle opener where the handle is because when i tried to carry it with the handle the bottle opener would hit the top of my hand causing pain and leaving a mark. Now with it removed its easier to carry it with the handle .
