When connecting to a solar panel, please place the refrigerator in a cool place to
dissipate heat. The battery icon on the refrigerator display will show the charging status
when the battery is charging.
The charging input power should be higher than the working power of the refrigerator
(about 40-45W), or turn off the refrigerator to enter the standby state, otherwise the
battery will not be able to charge. lt is recommended to use 100W solar panel.

It’s a nice cooler and I like the capacity and versatility, I’m a truck driver and the Truck Fridge stopped working….the replacement was $800….so I did some asking around and shopping around and got the 59qt Bodega for far less money and a lot more capacity and with the wheels and handles I can easily use it in my RV also
While it is a bit confusing setting the freezer temp after setting the fridge temp, once you figure it out its not hard at all. It cools so fast, it was 65* when we plugged it in and turned it on, and set to 34*. Within about 40 minutes it was at temp! Really impressive, it kept cool all day in an enclosed trailer sitting out in 85* direct sunlight. Really happy with this, cant recommend it enough!
Traveled 1500 miles and was plug in the car only while driving work very good even if we didn't plug at night all was still hard frozen in the morning, great fridge/freezer
Bought this as a backup/outdoor kitchen fridge. It works great, cools down quickly and stays at the selected temperature. Purchased during prime days so we got a great deal. Can't say much for Bodega's bait and switch web site. They offered a discount on their battery pack and didn't give it. Web site glitch or greed?
We brought 20 lbs of wild caught shrimp back from the Texas gulf this Spring. 3 day trip & it worked like a dream. I would say getting started with this in-vehicle refrigerator/freezer does take a little bit of a learning curve. We tested it a week before departure under various conditions & hooking the app up to our iphone was the most frustrating. But we got it figured out & eventually rewarded with a regulated temperature. We do recommend it!
