Quiet and cools quickly. Works well on both AC and DC power sources.
We are Airstream campers and we drink lots of beer and beverages. We love the Aluminum casing, looks great and is made to take a beating. We normally have to make Ice in our portable Ice maker all day long to keep the beer cold in our coolers. We like to keep our fridge in the Airstream stocked with food not drinks. It just gets to crowded so we like to keep our beverages separate. Since we bought this cooler life is great. We make a little bit of ice for cocktails in the afternoon and to pack a small cooler for the pool or paddle boarding. This cooler keeps everything cold and holds a lot of Beer, Champagne, Bottled water you name it. We love it. The App to control it works great and we love the fact you can check the temperature without even opening the lid. We chill it down a day before then add our drinks. The day of travel we pack our lunch and snacks into it and then load it into the cab of our truck then plug it into the 12v port. We now always have cold drinks that don't sweat all over the cab of the truck. We absolutely love this cooler. While we are camping we plug it into the side of our Airstream and keep it under our awning. To keep it from walking off I cable tie with a lock to the axle of the Airstream and keep the lid locked. We camp all the time and we're looking forward to a long hot summer with this bad ass cooler! It's well worth the money we paid for it!
I installed and secured it in the track. After a month of use, an error appeared about a breakdown and stopped cooling. I wrote to the buyer about the need for repairs, but he does not answer my letters. Before you buy, think twice about the fact that you will not be able to return the product and will have to repair it at your own expense. Reviews on the Internet say the same thing. I do not recommend buying
Nice cooler, I keep in the garage or on the patio for a remote cooler. I have also used it in the SUV for keeping thing cold during trips.
We have now had this thing for 2 years and 45,000miles, it has been running nearly continuously the entire time, both overlanding and in apartments. The compressor has gotten a bit louder in the last couple weeks, but it still works amazing. Only downside is it really is heavy AF.
