My wife and I had this fridge installed in the pantry of the new house we were building a year ago, and it is has been a wonderful purchase. Compact but with a ton of room inside for dozens of bottles of wine. I am French so I tend to use both sides for wine. That's where the dual zone temperature controls are amazing... one side cold for white wines and roses and one side slightly cool for light reds - love me some burgundies! Of course, I love the convenience of being able to control everything from my phone with app. Changing the temp in one of the zones is not just easy but fast too! Really love this little guy. Thinking about purchasing another one for an outdoor kitchen we'd like to build.... and at that price, why not!
Purchased in April 2023, dead in January 2024. Stopped cooling and compressor won't turn on.
After reaching out to the customer support at Bodega ([****]) I had a very positive experience with this brand. Over email, they diagnosed the cooler and determined that there was an issue which would not be repairable. Despite being out of warranty, they offered immediately to send me a brand new unit as replacement.
Based on this, I have revised this rating from 1 start to 5 stars and I am very happy with the replacement unit so far. Let's hope it will last longer and that I can enjoy this product going forward.
This wine fridge is beautiful. The dual zone is perfect. We had an issue and reached out to customer service. They responded quickly and sent the part we needed to get it working again! Very happy with our purchase.
Received wine cooler which worked well for14 months and looked good in the man cave. Contacted customer support after the cooler lost power. Customer support helped with troubleshooting and sent replacement parts.
I purchased this in September 2023 and it had its first issue in February 2025 and it happened to be the power board and when I asked to help me with an issue, they actually provided me with a free power board to fix my cooler and just for that I give them a lot of respect because they didn’t have to do it. My product was out of warranty and I really appreciate that! It speaks volumes how they care about their customers and brand.
