Before Use:
1. Please put it upright horizontally for 6 hours before plugging it up. Slower cooling than the compressor refrigerator, the absorption refrigerator needs approximately 6~8 hours to get cold for the first time.
2. After step 1, please set the temperature at the lowest and plug it in 110 V, and test if it is cold inside and heated on the back after 6~8 hours. The same step for using 12 V.
For Electricity:
1. Please don't use 110V and 12V at the same time.
2. The 12V cords (not included) for the car cigarette lighter. No positive and negative poles difference. As a secondary function, the consumption of the 12 V working is more than 110 V working.
3. Please don't use house batteries or solar batteries when using DC 12V, it is recommended to use on a car cigarette lighter.
4. Temperature can be controlled on 12 V (upgraded function). The light will come on 12V, but it might flicker or become dim when you open the door, which is normal (In parallel with the heater).
FAQs
1. Can the compressor cooler be frozen and refrigerated at the same time?
Yes, the top is the freezer area and the bottom is the refrigerator area.
2. Does the cooler have batteries?
Battery not included. You can not use batteries also.
3. Does the 12V cooler support Wi-Fi connection?
No, this RV refrigerator does not support Wi-Fi connection.
4. This RV fridge includes 100-240V power cord?
Not included. 12V/24V power cord available. Perfect for RVs.

Had the fridge on for about an hour for testing. Worked great and very low noise. Other than the damage from shipping the fridge works great.
i purchased this fig back in July but before I could install it in my RV I had to go out of town for work for a few months. So when I finally installed it it did not work, it would run but not get cold and by now I was past my 30 day return window so I reached out to Bodega and left them a message and they returned my call within 30 minutes. I was impressed because I really figured I was stuck with a frig that didn’t work. Anyway I was asked to email them my purchase invoice and some pictures of the model and serial number and to my surprise they they sent me a new replacement frig for which I am very appreciative. They were out of stock at the time so did have to wait another month for it but Bodega did send me a replacement. They have great customer service. It was all email communication and 1 phone call but they were very helpful and as I mentioned earlier I am very appreciative to Bodega.
PS: the replacement frig is working great.
In the description it has the door opening in both directions and although you can switch it it doesn't actively open from both ways as I thought. That said, it is perfect! So much more room than my last one and works amazingly on my solar system! Such a small pull I ran it an entire weekend and never even got low! I have two 100 watt lithium batteries and 420 solar watts.. ran everything my fan all night The refrigerator 24/7 lights recharged phones and fans and such never had one issue! My last refrigerator if you put it on 12 volt it would suck your battery so fast you couldn't blink. This is amazing!! Life-changing :-) Oh yeah and the freezer actually kept ice real ice in a small RV refrigerator.. so exciting
I purchased this fridge to replace an old Formco icebox in my 2007 Six-Pac S650.
So far I have only spent a day with the fridge, so I can't speak on long term reliability or quality. I can say that I was immediately impressed with the build quality and materials used. The compressor on my model is a GMCC (Made by Toshiba) and draws just under 5 amps during cooling. Internal temps cooled from 82 degrees F to 32 Degrees F in about an hour.
Installation was not hard, although much easier with 2 people and 4 hands. There are instructions for mounting in the manual, and there is mention of a flush mounting kit, that I inquired about and learned is not currently available. The listing and photos also mention an app for controlling/monitoring the temperature. There is no information in the manual about that for the CR65. Not a big deal, but maybe needs to be updated here.
I'm excited to use it and looking forward to the added benefits of having a fridge in my 2007 Six-Pac S650.
