This unit is perfect in size and allows me to access the whole inside it fits a 12 pack on the left side and has most of the things that I would use. The dealbreaker is the small compartment which does not cool at all. It's good to keep butter (soft) which is nice but not functional for things that need to be more chilled.
This is my second bodega unit. The first unit 48 Qt. was deeper and I never really used the space completely, really too deep to access and get stuff out on a daily basis. I wouldn't buy it again. It was also really loud within a year, it's still running which is good but it makes a lot of noise. In my garage now as a small fridge now.
After much comparison, I selected this Bodegacooler dual zone frig/freezer for my camper due to its design. The "freezer" side (it actually can be set to a refrigerator temp) is smaller, leaving more room for the refrigerator side. I found some great part-silicone ice cube trays on Amazon by JKevolve that are the right size for this cooler and have tight-fitting lids so I can stack them on the bottom of the freezer section and put meat or ice cream on top. This will go in my camping ambulance and I've hinged the countertop so I can access the cooler without having to move it. I will update my review when I've had a chance to test its durability. But the price for what you get is a great value.
This portable refrigerator is awesome. Followed the instructions and let it sit for 2 days after receiving. Plugged it in and waited for it to cool down to 34 degrees. Took about an hour. After that, the larger section was practically ice cold. Bought this for a vacation to a remote cabin in the woods, that did have a refrigerator, but it wasn't a full size one. I used this cooler to keep 28 cans (12oz and 16oz) and a growler cold. It performed well, even when the power went out-used my portable power source to keep it chilling. The USB ports on the side came in handy - used them to power the indoor bug zapper. This is an amazing cooler and well worth the price. Before buying this one, I was looking at some of the higher priced ones and if you didn't know, you'd think you paid top dollar for it.
This refrigerator / freezer is truly AMAZING. I used it out doors for 11 days in temps hovering around 100 degrees. I powered it with my solar battery and I did keep it in the shade just as you would an "old fashioned" ice chest. I set the temperature at 34 degrees and the small compartment kept my lettuce, butter and cheese perfectly.

My husband like camping, we put the beef and pork in the refrigerator, we like BBQ and hot pot when we camping in the mountain, relaxing and enjoying!
My husband likes the size, that fit for our SUV my husband said the performance,noise, quality and power of the refrigerator.
For example, they mention it's the perfect size for them, works great, runs quietly and that the plugs are all of good quality. They're also impressed with the performance and energy usage.
